[tox-dev] Get tox-dev community on gitter.im?

Hi all, Would you be interested in starting an official gitter room for tox? That would create an easier place for people to ask their quick questions (instead of opening issues) and allows for quick chat discussions. I would open a room myself, but I believe it's better if "tox-dev" on GitHub would be the main gitter "community" to host the different rooms. I think a mailing list is rarely used by the 'younger' generations and imposes a barrier for asking questions. What are your thoughts? Cheers, Tiemen
