[tox-dev] Active maintainer(s)?

Who maintain(s)/own(s) the project? Lately a quite a few pull requests and issues have pilled up with little or no answer on Github. Just wondering who should I ping about it? I would like to contribute as this is a great project, but this seems to derail things, Thanks a lot! Bernát GÁBOR
