Hi Doug, Twisted's SSL support is based on pyOpenSSL. Most of the complex SSL features are actually implemented by pyOpenSSL, and Twisted exposes them by requiring certain pyOpenSSL objects to be provided to it. You can find the pyOpenSSL documentation here: http://packages.python.org/pyOpenSSL/ And you can find documentation about the Twisted SSL integration APIs here: http://twistedmatrix.com/documents/current/core/howto/ssl.html One thing I know is that you'll need to convert your PFX file into a PEM. Another thing is that twisted.web.client.getPage accepts a "contextFactory" argument which you'll probably want to specify, in order to define the particulars of the SSL handshake for your case.
