There's no such thing as nevow.page.Page yet; that part is the future (what the exact spelling will be is still up in the air). You *should* use nevow.page.Element instead of nevow.rend.Fragment, though (which I see isn't discussed on that page - however, the discussion about converting renderers applies to the Fragment/Element conversion as well).
