I figured it out. I made 2 mistakes. 1. I arranged the files as siteroot/ mytest/ index.rpy 2. I used "--ignore-ext rpy" instead of "--ignore-ext .rpy" with mktap web. (Note the missing period.) When I use "--ignore-ext .rpy" and arrange the files as ... siteroot/ mytest.rpy ...it returns what I expect for both http://mydomain/mytest and http://mydomain/mytest/mysub. - Sam

<newbie-alert /> I'm trying to serve a resource with child resources within a subdirectory of a directory served via "mktap web". The url http://mydomain/myPath properly serves the root resource, RootResource, from index.rpy. The url http://mydomain/myPath/mysub returns "404 - No Such Resource". My resource classes and index.rpy are defined in the attached files. Hi Folks, I have the following need. My program acts as a xmlrpc client using the Proxy class, peeking at the top of a stack to find its payload. It gets the payload by peeking and then sends it out on the network. What I want to do, if the send was successful, is to pop the stack, and if not successful, to resend the payload. [Twisted-Python] pb.Viewable gets None as client argument.

I've got a client, I've got a server. They exchange data without problems, one of the procedures the client is calling sends references to pb.Viewable to all other connected clients. I am developing an asynchronous messaging application. I was testing it today with a colleague over a vpn. The vpn went down. But the twisted connection looked like it stayed up. I was expecting a connectionLost() call. It never came. When the vpn was recovered the transfer did not continue. Is this expected behavior? What can I do to avoid this problem? BTW - twisted absolutely rocks! Performance is great. And the interface is very well thought out. Thanks...

[Twisted-Python] Example of FTPClient.stor()?

Does anyone have a (short) example using FTPClient.stor()? I'm pretty new to Twisted, and am still getting the hang of the model of using Deferreds. (The presence of both stor() and storeFile() in the docs is confusing as well; a quick glance through twisted.protocols.ftp's source makes me think that stor() is the preferred name, and storeFile() is an implementation detail.
