[Twisted-Python] is twisted suitable for rfb protocol implement?

hi, I want to implement a rfb server using twisted, but I find rfb protocol maybe hard to code in twisted, since it needs read blocks of data and depend on the readed value to read the next blocks. is there a good solution for twisted? thanks.

What bothers ME most about docstrings is when they are absent! I agree with some others in not liking when they start on the same line as the triple quotes, but that's much further down my ample list of gripes. By the way, David Reid did some work on docstrings for twisted.web2 and earned the Twisted project $45 of my $2-per-docstring, $200 challenge. Hi, I'm using sasync and sqlalchemy. I'm deploying my application on a debian distribution, installing python 2.4. The trouble is that it also installs python 2.3 and when I use twistd it doesn't recognize packages in the 2.4 distribution. Is there a way around this ? Thanks, Stéphane

Hi, I'm using a pb.Viewable, and I'd like to send it to a client, using it the way a Viewable typically would be used. However, on top of that, I want it to be unjellied on the receiver's end as an instance of a particular class of my own definition. However, using pb.setUnjellyableForClass seems to be ignored in this case, and the Viewable is arriving at the client as a vanilla RemoteReference. [Twisted-Python] using ftpclient storeFile question

Hi, I'm using twisted to create a ftp client. The only problem I have is I don't understand how to upload a file (using storeFile), since the only parameters this function has is the path where to store the file. How do I indicate which file to upload ? Thanks, Stéphane
