Currently in beta. Atomic commits, real support for renames, folders, etc.. Can do both anon and logged in access without apache (ssh and pserver style). Has emacs mode. Has windows clients (e.g. TortoiseSVN, VS.NET integration). Has cvs importer. viewcvs supports it.
