[Twisted-Python] changing package manifest to allow RPMs to build

Hey folks, Here's a simple patch to just include everything under the twisted directory rather than including things one by one. This is needed to make a working sdist ( and in turn, a working rpm build ). After this, python setup.py bdist_rpm seems to work well. -- Chris Green To err is human, to moo bovine.
