There were no reviews, but since it's been more than 10 days with no issues reported, I pushed the admin button as promised.

If anybody would like to remove the 'trunk' pin for incremental/mypy in Twisted, I think that should be possible now.

but if nobody does this in a timely manner (a few days) I'll push the red admin button and send the update to PyPI, since Twisted has been relying on incremental trunk in CI for the last year, so the lack of a release is a bit of a circumvention of the spirit of the code-review process, even if it adheres to the letter :).
