If someone pushes a new commit to a branch, that will stop old builds currently in-progress or queued for the branch, and just queue the new commit for the branch.

While the Appveyor is set up under my username, I think that the whole Twisted team has admin permissions.
Not sure if automatically, or someone else is manually adding team members. I see that Ilya Skriblovsky is onboard :)
Craig, you are registered as admin using the bsd email address. Let us know if you are using other email for Appveyor.
I would like to move this to something like https://ci.appveyor.com/project/TWISTED/twisted/, but I don't know how.
