According to https://pypi.org/project/incremental/ , the latest release was done in 2017, which does not have Colin's fix.
Incremental doesn't have any maintainers except Hawkowl, unfortunately, and her responsiveness since COVID has been even lower than mine. If I see her active online anywhere I'll mention that this is a problem.
