My personal preference would definitely be Launchpad+bzr > Bitbucket+hg > Github+git. There are also a fair number of Twisted-related projects already on Launchpad.
Is the reason you would prefer bitbucket over github related to bitbucket and github, or git and hg? cheers lvh
