twisted.pb was not meant to be included in the last release, as it is still experimental. Separate releases of PB will be made until it is deemed ready to be packaged with the main Twisted release, and one has already been made. Another one needs to go out soon for compatibility with 2.4.0; keep your eyes peeled.
You can keep using the old vesion of pb in twisted.spread.pb, as twisted.pb is still not stable. Moof
