[Twisted-Python] PB for Java status report

It's now possible to create Referenceables in Java - meanwhile simple remote_xxx style ones only, no support for Perspectives or Viewables yet. In other words, you can now create PB services in Java as well - I think it's pluggable enough that you could integrate this with any Java server architecture that uses streams (which is probably all of them :).
