I've temporarily set up the SourceForge bug tracker for Twisted, which is browsable at https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?atid=456015&group_id=49387&func=browse. (I think you need to be logged in to submit bugs). As soon as the Twisted Issues tracker is done, we can switch to it, but we were in desperate need for a real bug tracker in the meantime.
