When using wxreactor.install() on GUI apps it prevents the wx.xrc classes from working right. In my case I am subclassing the HtmlWindow class in my .xrc file created with XRCed. What happens here is it prevents wx.xrc from recognizing whatever my subclass is. If I take the wxreactor.install() out it works just fine. -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
