I've rewritten my Server HOWTO, and the new version is at http://twistedmatrix.com/users/moshez/WritingServers.html Please let me know what you think. In particular, is it better then the old one?

Looks good - maybe just add an example of using listenTCP on an app, and then showing how to run an app (like simpleserv in the examples) so people can have a complete running example.
this is a big improvement over the old version! maybe this should be named something different such as "Implementing a new protocol using Twisted"?
