Each time I checkin a file, the CVS process then gets stuck (if I check-in two files it gets stuck after the first). I'm not sure why -- perhaps this is relevant (as pointed out by Tv): http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=102292 Or perhaps it's some other issue.
