RE: [Twisted-Python] Win32 installers of Twisted 2.1?

Win32 requires a "sumo" package to be built.
Can someone adequately explain what a sumo package is in relation to the normal twisted package? I've seen them for download but never paired with an explanation :) Thanks, Grant
