Forever struggling with what is persistent and what is not, today I have an Adapter I think may be Ephemeral. (It's based on im.basechat.ChatUI, and its state is largely Protocol instances and things indexed by them.) What do I do about this? Should Componentized weed all Ephemerals from its _adapterCache in Componentized.__getstate__? It feels like too much mucking around with internals to do that in a subclass. -- The moon is waning crescent, 13.0% illuminated, 26.1 days old.
