Huh, I just realized that this is because the US just switched to DST, while Europe switches in two weeks, we were all an hour early. Unfortunately I have another meeting at 11 that I can't blow off so I won't make it. But ping me via email about whether PEP 646 is ready to go to the SC after the meeting.
