Finalising and publishing yt 4.3

Hi all, A few weeks back, I told you that yt 4.3 would be delayed until things got stabilised for Python 3.12, and it’s about to be the case ! Namely, the one blocking issue was a Cython bug (resolved thanks to Eric), solved in Cython 3.0.3, which should land on PyPI today. Thus, I propose we try and get this release out the door tomorrow, or maybe next week. Cheers, Clément

Hi all, I would like to nominate Eric Johnson (@yut23 on GitHub) to onboard as a project member. His continued involvement with the project has been extremely precious and consistently spot-on. Most recently, he helped a lot with hunting and fixing a memory leak we were seeing on this year’s new Python (3.12). I feel like this would be a well-deserved recognition of his efforts.
