There's a .tex file for the cheat sheet included in the docs:

It looks like the PDF was rendered once for the 2.5 release.  I think to get it working again in a sustainable way we'd need to add a hook in the sphinx build process to create the pdf.  Whoever does that should also probably update the cheat sheet.
