Hi Stephen,
I'm not sure how Britton feels about changing EnzoCosmology, but I
assert that the parameter file does the Right Thing in that it returns
exactly what's in the parameter file. What's in the parameter file is
not the standard, unfortunately, but I think that the name
"CosmologyHubbleConstantNow" is sufficiently communicative that it
means give-me-whats-in-the-file.

Hi guys,
may I propose standardizing convention of HubbleConstantNow in EnzoCosmology? In that file, HubbleConstantNow is in km/s/Mpc, but elsewhere in yt, it's in 100 km/s/Mpc:
pf['CosmologyHubbleConstantNow'] 0.65000000000000002
Hopefully this will prevent 10^2 problems in the future... like what I've been seeing until I discovered this discrepancy.
