I've got some other stuff on my plate today, but I'll try to get to
finishing the docs PR. I don't think it's the end of the world if it
doesn't get in for this release, since docs are nominally always up to date
on the web (with the dev version), but if there is going to be a delay
anyway due to buildbot issues, it might give me the chance to finish them
up for 3.1.

A few things. There are several bugfix PRs that should probably go in. It would be great if the docs PR I made last night could go in.
Mush bigger deal: the buildbot is down. We can't release until we've verified that all the tests are passing and the docs build is clean.
Kacper is defending his thesis in Torun, so we likely have to wait for him to be available before the buildbot can come back.
We also need release notes.
