It looks like bitbucket will allow you to download a zipped repo:

https://bitbucket.org/yt_analysis/yt/downloads

you can put that on a memory stick and transfer it to the other machine and try the install from that.  You'll still need to make sure that the other machine has all the necessary dependencies.
