Here’s a little YTEP I’ve been working on, in which I propose modernising and improving our terminal output (mostly logs) looks using rich (https://github.com/willmcgugan/rich).

The logging part is completely implemented in https://github.com/yt-project/yt/pull/3106

Both PRs are up for comments, questions and reviews.
