I like vimeo, especially since we have a bunch of yt videos up there now.  I'll also note that G+ allows you to upload movies there directly and it makes it available right away in multiple resolutions (up to 720p i think).  I just tested a video upload and I think a public post would be added to your public Picasa albums. Not that we should necessarily post there, but there's nothing wrong with posting multiple places.

I think that YouTube has unlimited upload, but limits the time you can
have in each video.

One major downside to YouTube is that from what I can tell, creating
groups/channels/etc is pretty cumbersome compared to Vimeo.  I may be
wrong, though, so someone else should feel free to correct me on this.
