Thanks for writing, and sorry for the delay in replying.
Are you able to read in the data and supply that to load_uniform_grid
or load_hexahedral_mesh ? If so, the next step will be to follow
along the route that AMRVAC has taken, which I think has been pretty
well documented in the updates to the skeleton frontend. We can also
work through this on the Slack channel or during one of the Friday
calls to get going.
