Yes, it's like a patch. You can apply the changesets within the file with "hg pull /path/to/new_config.hg", or hg unbundle works, too. You can examine the changeset summaries with "hg in /path/to/new_config.hg".

Pardon my ignorance, but I don't know what to do with the "new_config.hg" file. Is it used like a patch? It's binary, so I can't make heads or tails of it.
