Scheduling a yt team meeting

Hi all, I'd like to schedule a yt team meeting either late this week or next week sometime. If you're interested in attending please fill out this doodle poll: https://doodle.com/poll/hzmwb5gtbca95re6 The main topic of discussion will be getting yt 3.5 released, I'm also planning on giving a status update on yt-4.0, the google summer of code projects, and the demeshening. If you'd like to add additional topics to the agenda please reply to this e-mail either on or off-list. -Nathan

By the way, I forgot to say you *do not* need to be a project member or steering committee member to attend. On the off chance we have more people interested in attending than available slots on the telecon, we will attempt to make room for steering committee members, but that's it. Also if you'd be interested in joining the steering committee, you can self-nominate by joining in on the team meeting, see YTEP-1776 for details. It looks like the best time for everyone who responded to the doodle poll is this Friday June 15th at 11:00 AM CDT. I've created a google calendar event here if you'd like to add it to your calendar and get a reminder with the hangouts link: https://calendar.google.com/event?action=TEMPLATE&tmeid=MGh0Y3Q5Z2VibWhxMzEyMjNobGtqMzluNnUgbmF0aGFuMTIzNDNAbQ&tmsrc=nathan12343%40gmail.com I will send out a link to the hangout when it begins. Apparently the original event wasn't publicly visible since it's on my private calendar, so please use this public event instead: https://calendar.google.com/calendar?cid=ZGJvcWhnMXNkZGZrMjNkY2g0cWUxYW FscG9AZ3JvdXAuY2FsZW5kYXIuZ29vZ2xlLmNvbQ On Tue, Jun 12, 2018 at 4:06 PM, Nathan Goldbaum <nathan12343@gmail.com> wrote:
