nominate Shin-Rong Tsai for membership
Hi folks, I'd like to nominate Shin-Rong Tsai as a member of the yt project. She's been working on the libyt project for in situ analysis, and has been working with me, Chris Havlin, and Corentin Cadiou on optimizing the indexing system. Just this last week she released a preliminary version of libyt jupyter, a mechanism for connecting running simulations to interactive jupyter kernels. I think she'd be a great member, and I would like to formally nominate her. -Matt
