Cameron Hummels: something long talked about is the possibility of doing more camera paths than simple rotation, pans, and zooms. the VR refactor YTEP lays the groundwork for a timeline object and identifying keyframes (ie camera location, focus, orientation, lens type, transfer function, etc.) along that timeline before use a continuously varying function (ie spline) to connect those keyframes into a continuous path. putting this here as a placeholder for implementing this.
