Hi Stephanie,

Can you try to upgrade your cython and recompile the extensions? I think that will solve your problem. Something like:

pip install --upgrade cython
cd $YT_DEST/src/yt-hg
python setup.py develop

should work.

Hi all,

I tried to work around the no boolean operators in yt3.1 thing that Cameron told me about by using two cut_regions

but then I get this error:

Line 763 in that file doesn't look like that in yt 3.1. Do you know what changeset hash you're on?

It doesn't make a different what order I use for the two cut_region calls.  I guess that this is something else that hasn't made it into yt3.1?  It seems strange, though, so I thought I would check.

Thanks!
