Can you run this on your dataset and see if it works? Yes, so I'm getting the following output from this script: http://perso.crans.org/yurchak/i/3619.txt It looks like your diagnostic is detecting a mismatch in the masks as you were saying.
As a note, there have been issues recently with hierarchies getting serialized; I'd recommend removing and .yt files It's good to know, I've done it.
