[yt-users] Changing the "center" field parameter in radial velocity calculation

Hi, I have a region of space I'm trying to perform an OffAxisSlicePlot of, with the field in question being the gas velocity towards a specific predetermined point within that space. How do I effectively change the "center" parameter within the ('gas', 'velocity_spherical_radius') field to achieve this, so that the normal vector is pointing between the gas coordinates and the point in question?
