No, I haven't seen this before. Is that all the output that's in yt_install.log?

Can you try installing miniconda yourself and then doing "conda install yt" after editing your PATH to include the miniconda install location? That's more or less what the install script is doing.

I'm having trouble installing yt on stampede.  It seems to choke on jupyter with the following message.  The log doesn't contain any more useful information than whats below, so I'm really not sure what the error is.  Has anyone run into this?
