The rockstar halo finder in yt_astro_analysis doesn't work in the newest version of yt. It had worked on the previous version of yt on cuillin, but since this morning it has stopped working. The error message is RuntimeError: Particle type (filter) PartType1 not found. But PartType1 definitely exists in the target file. Was the fix from the cuillin version not carried forward?
