The yt development team is happy to announce the release of yt 4.0.2 !

This is a bugfix release with around 30 bugs patched, we recommend all users to upgrade.

yt 4.0.2 is available on PyPI right now, and we’re working on the conda-forge distribution. 

This is the first release we’re distributing for Python 3.10, it also contains several compatibility fixes for Matplotlib 3.4 and 3.5.
