(hmf.py) Also, I tried to write another code to manually plot HMF with differential number density as vertical axis(hmfdndm.py). It seems not bad, but I'm not sure. Can you say how you're constructing the plot? I believe that you can likely do this, but having your original code would help to suggest specific things to do.
