Hi, I had this same problem on Kracken. Matplotlib tries to create a hidden directory in your home directory when it is loaded, but the compute nodes don't have write access to your home directory. Try adding a line to your job script changing MPLCONFIGDIR to the local directory and see if that fixesit. RuntimeError: Could not write to MPLCONFIGDIR="/lustre/scratch/perutaca/.matplotlib/"
The error that matters is this one, above. Does that directory exist? Is it writable? Is this your Kraken path and therefore not functional on Nautilus? -- Stephen Skory s@skory.us http://stephenskory.com/ 510.621.3687 (google voice) _______________________________________________ yt-users mailing list yt-users@lists.spacepope.org http://lists.spacepope.org/listinfo.cgi/yt-users-spacepope.org Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry
