Hi Cynthia, It that all the output? It looks like it got cut off. I suspect the relevant error message is in the bit that's cut off. Are you on a Mac? If so I suspect you're running into this issue: https://github.com/yt-project/yt/issues/1289 Unfortunately we are using an older fork of rockstar and due to internal changes in rockstar it would be a large amount of work to update yt's wrappers to migrate to use a newer version.
