How to change the axis in a PhasePlot from log scale to linear
Hello yt-users, I'm trying to change the axis of a Phaseplot from log to linear scale. I looked at the documentation and didn't find an option to do so (like the x_log function argument in ProfilePlot). I tried using the set_log option in yt.visualization.plot_container.ImagePlotContainer to False but it always returned log scale axis. Is there a way to change the scale? Thank you
Hi!
It looks like we don't expose that directly in PhasePlot. To get
around this, you can create the profile *manually* using
yt.create_profile, specifying the log/lin you want for each field, and
then call PhasePlot.from_profiles( ... ) with that as your argument.
Hope that works!
