So I've been out of the loop on NICS Kraken for a while. Are the yt modules on kraken fully functional and set to use? Thanks! Eric -- Eric Hallman Tech-X Corporation hallman@txcorp.com 5621 Arapahoe Ave, Suite A Phone: (720) 254-5833 Boulder, CO 80303 Fax: (303) 448-7756 --
Hi Eric, The yt modules on Kraken should be good to go. The PM last Thursday stirred things up a little bit. Now, when you do: module swap PrgEnv-pgi PrgEng-gnu module load yt/dev you will get an error about no being able to load some mpt module. I submitted a ticket about this. However, I was still able to do everything I needed with yt despite this error, so you should be fine. You will be able to run a job from the queue if you just stick those module calls into your job script. Briton On Mon, Mar 12, 2012 at 9:52 AM, Eric Hallman <hallman@txcorp.com> wrote:

Perfect. Thanks Britton! Also, I submitted a ticket after the PM because hg was broken in both the standard hg module on kraken and on the yt/dev load version. It was definitely broken, and they appear to have fixed that as well. Eric On Mar 12, 2012, at 10:12 AM, Britton Smith wrote:

Yeah, I submitted a ticket for the hg issue as well and they took care of it. On Mon, Mar 12, 2012 at 10:16 AM, Eric Hallman <hallman@txcorp.com> wrote:
