Hi,

I am still a bit new to yt and am trying to compute local velocity dispersions of the gas in my simulation by dividing the entire volume into ‘n’ number of sub grids. Does yt offer any functionality that could perform this in a simple fashion? (I looked up the documentation and couldn’t find any such function). Thank you.
