Orientation vector… which direction?
Hi all, Could anyone tell me in yt when an off-axis plot of some sort is made, in what sense is the orientation vector "L" pointing? Towards the center of the object or away from it? In other words, is: L = [0,0,1] pointing along the z-axis toward the object or away from it? Thanks, John Z

Hi all,

The L vector points from the center of the image to your eyeball. It's normal to the plane the cut is made at. -Matt
L = [0,0,1]
pointing along the z-axis toward the object or away from it?
Thanks,
