Sorry, I pasted in the wrong url (that one is if you have write access).  This
one works for anonymous checkout:

   svn checkout https://svn.python.org/www/trunk/beta.python.org

I'm working on updating/fixing http://www.python.org/dev/pydotorg/website/
accordingly (it has both wrong and outdated info).
