[python-advocacy] LinkedIn Python Developers?

Looks like it would be better coming from someone in the PSF. Maybe too much
trouble, I don't know. For now, maybe encouraging Python developers to
connect to eachother, through people that they know such as SIGs, PUGs and
other relationships?
