Here's one possibility.  Do with it what you please.


Python is an object-oriented, general purpose programming
language.  It includes an extensive standard library and is easy
to extend with C, C++, and [fill in the blank with specific
examples].  Python's encourages readable, maintainable,
high-quality code though its modern syntax and built-in test
framework.  Adopters include Google/YouTube, Industrial Light and
Magic, and Philips.
