[AstroPy] PyRAF, Python command language interface for IRAF

We are announcing the availability of a beta version of PyRAF. PyRAF
is a alternate command language environment for the IRAF astronomical
data reduction package widely used in astronomy (Image Reduction and
Analysis Facility; http://iraf.noao.edu )
PyRAF has been developed at the Space Telescope Science Institute to
allow us and astronomers to use Python to script tasks written for the
IRAF environment including STScI's software for the Hubble Space
Telescope (STSDAS and TABLES packages (http://stsdas.stsci.edu).
Furthermore, it also makes it much easier to integrate other software
written outside of the IRAF environment.
